1. Cleanse twice a day, no more. Unless you have exposed your skin to excessive dust, grime or pollution, twice-a-day cleansing is more than adequate for any skin type. Cleansing too often strips your skin of precious natural oils. Not cleansing regularly, particularly before you retire for the night, may lead to build-up and eruptions.

2. Choose a cleanser that is appropriate for your skin type. Do not use soap on facial skin: it can be too harsh and drying and damage skin over time. A too-rich cleanser can clog pores, while a too-dry cleanser can irritate the skin. A cleanser for dry skin should contain nourishing herbs and oils. One for oily skin should include herbs that balance oil production and support clarity. Sensitive skin benefits from an ultra-gentle, fragrance-free, non-irritating cleanser. Traditional ayurvedic cleansers are made fresh with natural ingredients such as ground oats, lentils or chickpeas, complexion enhancing or clarifying herbs such as turmeric, Amalaki, Neem and sandalwood, emollients such as milk, cream yogurt or honey, and floral or citrus waters for pure healing fragrance. You can make your own by mixing the dry ingredients to last a week or two and blending the mix with milk or cream right before use. Otherwise, look for a natural cleanser that’s gentle and fortified with skin-friendly herbs.
3. Always cleanse with tepid water. Hot water dries and damages skin over time, and cold water won’t dissolve and take away embedded dirt and grime as well as lukewarm water.
4. If you use sponges or washcloths, make sure they are clean and soft. They are not necessary for effective cleansing: your fingertips can do just as good a job.
5. Wash your hands thoroughly before you cleanse your face, or you will be working dirt into facial skin. Use a headband to secure hair away from the face.
6. Start by splashing tepid water on your face and neck.
7. Apply the cleanser with your fingertips or a soft sponge, using gentle circular massaging strokes and moving upward on the face and neck. Do not scrub too much…gentle massaging strokes are enough to help improve circulation as well as loosen grime and old surface skin cells. Too much scrubbing will stretch skin and irritate it, especially the delicate skin around the eyes.
8. Rinse with lots of tepid water. Don’t forget to rinse off cleanser from the neck and hairline. Cleanser residue can clog pores and attract dirt.
9. Gently blot off excess water with a soft towel. Do not scrub dry or drag towel along skin.
10. Follow immediately with a water-based toner and a moisturizer appropriate for your skin type to seal in surface moisture and offer nourishment when skin is receptive.

I'm comfuse,, I am going to exam about 3 weeks again,  but I don't prepare my self. I want to study but I have many assigment. And it must collect before exam. Besides that, one of my assigment that make me very boring is open this blog everyday, i don't very like writing, but I must open this blog n write all of my activity everyday. I think it's not good, becouse I have many other work that more important than I must open this blog, and sometime I don't have time to open. But I know actually, this is good. Becouse it can improve my writing skill. But I feel very boring. But becouse this is assigment, so I must do it. And I just hope I can write better from this assigment.

Yesterday afternoon, I didn't have class, And i was bored in my boardng house,. Andhan I called my friend. Her name is Diah. I asked her to played in my boardng house. And becouse she also bored at her bourdng house. So, She wanted to came to my bordng house. After she came at my boardng house, We trought to do our assignment, we have differnt class, but our lecturers is same and our assigment is same. Andthan after we finished to do our assignment, we my friend invited me to go basko mall. But unfortnately, the day was rain, and we waited until the rain stop. But the day still rain. My friends said we went by umbrella, becouse there is something that she wanted to buy. And finally we arrived at basko mall, but our clothes were wet. Andthan we just enjoyed there. And We bought some cake at J.co and we ate there. My friend Diah looked a to tourist, And Diah invited me to spike with the tourist and eto improve our english skill. Andthan we try to speak, We say to the tourist, May we sit beside you, and the tourist just smile, Andthan we said again, Do you mind if I speak with you to improve our  english skill, we are from english course, but the tourist just said I am busy. and the face like is angry with us, andthan we just smiled. And we thing that the touris was inpolite, becouse she answer like that.

I know, Friends is important in my life. But I have a friend. She is very stingy. And she just kind with her friend if she has need it. I don't know if it's just my feeling. but when i asked to other my friends, they feel like me. They said that she is very stingy, becouse when my friends asked her about our assignment. She said that she haven't finished her assignment, and she said that if she have finished, she also don't wanted to see with other, becouse she don't wanted her assignment same with others. My friend is very disappointed hear like that, becouse when she wanted to look my friend's assignment, my friend always looked her. And don't worry if the assignment is same,But now, we don;t want to looked our assignment again with her, if she ask us. Becouse we have known how she is. We think she is very kind, but it's wrong. I don't like have friend like that.it is terrible for me.

Today, i don't tell you about my daily activity friends, but I want to tell you about my lovely hamster. I have a hamster which I got from my brother on my eigtheen birthday about three month ago. I like having my humster because there are four blue point on his fur body. Byu has gray fur head and white fur body and he has red eyes. When you take him out of his  cage, he will smells like pee. He is very fluffy. When he welcomes you, he looks like a computer mouse. My hamster Byu does one cute thing and two annoying things. The cute thing he does, is that he weddles his body but when he walks. The annoying things he do are that he always sleeps in afternoon and runs on his wheel all night. So, if i didn't have Byu, I would not laugh to a joke.

Yesterday,,,I was so happy. You know why friend??I went to carocok Beach wit Himtaj. Himtaj is a organistion of Kuala Tungkal. It is my hometown. We went at 10 A.m.  I went to there with my senior when I was seniour hight school, he was very kind. he care with me.  We go there by motocycle . There are 16 person. When we arrive at arocok beach, about 13.00 P.m. We directed to eat, becouse we are so hungry. After that we ride boat to went a small island in the middle of the beach. And we arrived at the carocok beach island. I looked there are many tourist, and there is a couple tourist, And I try to speak with them. They are very kind, and friendly. But when I spoke with the tourist, my friends called me. And my friend invited me to swim. But I didn't bring T-shirt. So, I just sat beside beach, but there is 3 my friends didn't swim too, becouse they didn't bring T-shirt too. So, they invited me to surround the island, n I was interested, so, I join with my friends. You know, when i and my friend surrounded the island, we found there are many place that very exciting like big stone, fortress of portugis, and other place. I and my friends take photograph. We are like a model which photography. After that we are satisfied. we assemble with other  friends. Andthan about 19.00 P.m, we backed to Padang, and we arrived about 22.00 p.m. I was so tired, but i was so happy, because i can enjoy my weekend with my friends at carocok beach.

I am boring in my boardng house. all of my housework have finished. I want to hangeout with my friends, but they backed to their hometown.  I want back to my hometown too, but my boardng house is so far, n I need long time to go there, maybe about fifteen hours, And I just can back to my hometown once a semester. Now, I miss my family. My mother who always give me support when I have problem, n she always give me sollution, I know, I can call her, but I can not see. And my father who alwayrs wanted to make friedrise fr me, I miss all the moment like that. but I know, This is my choose to collect in unp, n I must can. And I want make my parent be proud with me, becouse i aware, so far i haven't been can make my they be proud with me. But I promise sometimes, I would make my parent proud to me...^_^

becouse yesterday, I did't join speakng class. And I have assigment, but i don't know how make my assigment, i don't understand. When i ask my friends to explain with me about the assigment,but they are also worried about the assigment, So, I'm worried too, how i can do my assigment. Andthan I called my friend. she is Elfi. we have different lecturer in speaking class, but she said our assigment is same. So,,I go to her boarding house, and we do our assigment together. And the assigment is make a comversation about two person which meet at a party, but they do not know before. N finally, my assigment finished. I'm very happy, becouse i can enjoy my weekend. :-)

Becouse today I and my friends are free. so, we clean our boulding house. I am very tired, becouse our bouldinghouse is very dirty. And the bathroom is odor. But after all of them finish, I feel very comfortable with my houldnghouse. n there is no something that bothers my eyes like before. Andthan I slept.
But now,,I try to do my readng task. before that I pray for i am not sleepy when i read the article. But, now I feel sleevy. becouse i am  bored with the article n there is some vocabulary that i don't know the meaning. So, I skip n skip,,n finally I try to open my fb, to make me not bored. But that is not support me to read again, in fact i don't read the article again. I just chat with my bestfriends...:-). Becouse it is fun than i must read the article which boring. hehe. But, There is somebody to help me. What shoul i do???

you know friend,,??? yesterday I was late when I  had speaking class with Miss.X. I was very comfused. I never late before. It's becouse I forgot to bring my flash to print my assigment. So, I must backed to my bouldnghouse again, it's so far. Andthan after I finished to print, I looked my wallet, n There is no money. I am worried. andthan I saw a sister, I didn't know who is she. n I borrowed her money, luckly the sister wanted to give me her money, n I asked her to meet another time to pay her money. But she didn't want. She said that she just wanted to help me, I was very shy. After that I went to speakng class, but Miss.X didn't excuse me to join the class, so I must wait until the class finished in front of the class. N finally the class finished, I gave my task to miss.X, n luckly she wanted to accept my task. I was very happy although I can not join the class.
